We'd Love to Hear From You

Farmer Bazaar Journal is a small, hands-on publication, which means when you write to us, a real person on our small team reads your message — not a support queue, not an auto-responder pretending to be a person, and not an outsourced call center. Whether you have a question about something you read, a correction to point out, a topic you'd like us to test and cover, or simply a gardening problem you're stuck on, we genuinely want to hear from you.

What You Can Reach Us About

Questions about an article. If something in one of our guides wasn't clear, or you tried a method we described and got a different result than expected, tell us. We often use these conversations to improve the article itself, and your specific situation may reveal a gap in our original advice that we hadn't considered.

Corrections and accuracy concerns. If you believe we've made a factual error — whether about plant science, a specific product, or a recommended technique — please point us to the specific claim and, if you can, the source or experience that contradicts it. We investigate every correction request and update the article where warranted.

Topic requests. If there's a gardening or organic-farming question you're struggling to find good, India-specific answers for elsewhere, let us know. We prioritize topics based on genuine reader demand, and if it's something we can test properly, we will.

General gardening questions. While we can't promise personalized consulting for every situation, we do read every message and will point you toward relevant articles, or occasionally write a new one if enough readers are asking about the same problem.

Advertising and partnership inquiries. See the dedicated section below.

How to Reach Us

The most reliable way to reach us is by email:

General questions and feedback: hello@farmerbazaar.shop
Corrections or factual concerns about a specific article: editorial@farmerbazaar.shop
Advertising and partnership inquiries: partnerships@farmerbazaar.shop

When emailing us about a specific article, it helps enormously if you include the article title or link, and, where relevant, the specific paragraph or claim you're asking about. This lets us respond faster and more usefully than a general "this seems wrong" message would allow.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all emails within 2–3 business days. This is a genuine target based on how our small team actually operates, not an arbitrary promise — we are not a large organization with a 24/7 support desk, and we would rather give you a thoughtful, personal reply in a few days than a rushed, generic one immediately.

For corrections specifically: once we've confirmed a genuine inaccuracy, we aim to update the relevant article within 5 business days, along with a visible note on the article describing what changed and why. You are welcome to follow up if you haven't heard back within that window — emails occasionally do get lost, and a polite nudge helps us catch it.

What Happens After You Contact Us

When you email us, here's realistically what happens: one of our small team reads your message personally, and depending on the nature of your question, either responds directly, forwards it to whichever team member has the most relevant hands-on experience with your topic, or — in the case of a correction — opens an internal review of the article in question. We don't have automated triage systems standing between you and an actual response.

Advertising and Partnership Inquiries

If you represent a company interested in advertising on Farmer Bazaar Journal, or proposing a partnership (such as a product for genuine, hands-on review), please email partnerships@farmerbazaar.shop with details about your organization, your product or service, and what you're proposing.

A few things worth knowing before you reach out: we only agree to product reviews where we can actually test the product ourselves over a meaningful period, and any resulting content — sponsored or otherwise — will always be clearly labeled as such at the top of the article, in line with our Editorial Policy. We do not offer guaranteed positive coverage in exchange for payment or free products; if something doesn't perform well in our testing, we say so.

A Note on Spam and Automated Messages

Because we personally read every message that reaches our inbox, we ask that you keep automated or mass-sent promotional emails to a minimum — they take time away from responding to genuine reader questions and corrections, which are our priority. Messages that appear to be automated bulk outreach unrelated to gardening, corrections, or genuine partnership proposals may not receive a response.

Before You Write In: Have You Checked Our Existing Guides?

Many common gardening questions — composting basics, balcony plant selection, organic pest treatments — are already covered in depth in our article library. It's worth a quick search there first; you may find a more detailed answer than we could give in a short email reply. That said, if you can't find what you need, or our existing coverage doesn't fit your specific situation, please still reach out — that gap is exactly the kind of thing we want to know about.
